Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ace81 ("ace81", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing access to and use of the ace81 website available at https://ace81.cam and all associated services, products, tools, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ace81, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

ace81 operates as an online casino and sports betting service directed at adult members of the public in jurisdictions where online gaming is not otherwise prohibited. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice, and ace81 strongly encourages members to ensure that their use of the platform is compliant with the laws of their individual jurisdiction.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an ace81 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ace81 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of an ace81 employee or associated partner in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your own jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended by ace81 under this Agreement or any earlier version thereof.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

ace81 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds information. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3.1 Restricted Jurisdictions

ace81 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling services are fully prohibited under national law. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. ace81 may apply geolocation controls or request additional documentation where the jurisdictional status of a Member is unclear.

Account Registration & KYC

All Members must complete the ace81 registration process accurately and in good faith. You agree to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You will be required to create a secure password that is private and not shared with any third party.

ace81 operates a strict one-account policy. Members found to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — are in breach of this Agreement and will have all associated accounts permanently closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

4.1 Identity Verification

In order to process withdrawal requests and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, ace81 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC). Standard documents accepted include a national identification card, passport, or driving licence, accompanied by recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days.

ace81 may request additional KYC documentation at any stage of a Member's relationship with the platform, including source-of-income and source-of-funds declarations for large or frequent transactions. Processing times for KYC review are typically within three business days, though complex cases may require additional time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. ace81 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to the Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Deposits & Withdrawals

ace81 supports a range of MYR payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. Accepted deposit channels include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times for each channel are displayed in the account Cashier section and may be updated periodically.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for most payment methods is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel or promotional offer.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ace81 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction or service fees for which ace81 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and applicable conversion rates at the time of crediting.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• ace81 aims to process eligible withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours; however, requests involving manual review or large amounts may take longer.
• ace81 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, payment method ownership, and source of funds.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
• ace81 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, AML, or integrity investigation without prior notice to the Member.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace81 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which supplement and must be read together with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters directly concerning that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution weightings, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Common examples include a 35x wagering requirement on the 288% Magnificent Bonus and a 1x wagering requirement on the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ace81 monitors bonus activity to detect and deter abuse. Patterns indicating abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without normal playing risk, arbitrage strategies, or systematic use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's account without any obligation on the part of ace81 to provide a substitute or extension.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

Bets placed on the ace81 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the case of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the relevant game or betting rules, as published on the platform, shall be the final authority.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ace81 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where a technical error on the part of ace81 is definitively established.
• Odds and prices displayed on sports markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation shall apply.
• In the event of a game or software malfunction during a casino session, ace81 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Member's account balance.
• ace81 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or prices that deviate materially from prevailing market conditions, provided notification is given to the affected Member.
• Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of bets placed, including the selection, stake amount, and applicable market.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or with employees of ace81 to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities, or using the platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting or systematic exploitation of promotions inconsistent with genuine entertainment use.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your use of the service is prohibited by applicable law.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities. ace81 cooperates fully with lawful requests from regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, trade marks, game graphics, software, data compilations, user interface designs, and other intellectual property made available through the ace81 platform are the property of ace81 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with this Agreement. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ace81 platform content without prior written authorisation from ace81.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace81, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the platform or any services accessed through it.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace81 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ace81 shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from a technical failure, interruption, or maintenance event.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the full exclusion of liability for consequential damages, the liability of ace81 is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by ace81.

Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

ace81 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ace81 will provide reasonable notice to Members by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Account Closure by Member

A Member may close their account at any time by contacting ace81 customer support. Upon request for account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Suspension or Termination by ace81

ace81 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account with or without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur. In such cases, ace81 will retain records in accordance with its data retention and AML policies and may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ace81's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under ace81's licensing terms.

Members are responsible for compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction. ace81 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction, and it is the Member's sole responsibility to determine the legality of their participation.
